Introduction

This function allows you to display the records in a database file.



Positioning function

You may control which records from the file appear on the display by using the 'positioning' fields that appear on the upper part of the screen. When you enter a positioning value, the program will position the display to start with the record that you specify.



Function Keys

F1=Help.

Display related help display. By positioning the cursor at a field on the display and pressing help, help narrative will be displayed for that field. By placing the cursor on the title for the display, help narrative related to the entire function will be displayed. Once the any help narrative is displayed you may then enlarge the display by using the F20 key or you may display expanded help narrative by using the F2 key.

F3=Exit.

Exit the current task. In most cases this will return you to a high level function without displaying all displays encountered in getting to this point.

F4=Prompt.

Display a list of values available to be used in the related field. Place your cursor on the field for which you would like to see a list and press the F4 key.

F5=Reset.

Refreshes the display. In most cases the display will be refreshed to the original values and any keyed information typed after the last enter key will be lost.

F6=Create.

Create new entry.

F7=Appl Values.

Work with or display application values.

F8=Brands.

Display or work with Brands.

F10=Product Classes.

Display or work with Product Classes.

F11=Product Categories.

Display or work with Product Categories.

F14=Frt Classes.

Work with Freight Classes and rates.

F15=Tariffs.

Display or work with Tariffs.

HELP=Help.

Display related help display. By positioning the cursor at a field on the display and pressing help, help narrative will be displayed for that field. 2=Change.

Change the associated entry.

4=Delete x.

6=Facilities.

Display or work with related Facilities.

7=Values.

Display or work with related values.

8=Product.

Display or work with related Product.

9=Royalties.

Work with product royalty classes.

10=Status.

Display or work with related status.

24=Unclsfd Prod.

Display or work with Unclassified Product. Unclassified Products are recreated by users during Order Processing when Product being ordered cannot be found in the Product file.

25=Global Update.

30=Price Book.

Display or work with Price Book. This price book is only used to define chapters, sections and product which are to appear in an electronic price book. Catalogs, catalog pricing and product pricing are not defined here.

42=In Transit.
